The ZXP7‑X1 is a plug‑and‑play vacuum gripper that integrates a vacuum ejector, air supply and release valves, pressure sensor, and suction pad into one lightweight unit. Compatible with leading cobot brands, it operates with a single compressed‑air tube and an M8 connection. With a maximum work load of 7 kg, −84 kPa vacuum pressure, and up to 17 L/min suction flow, the gripper provides reliable performance across diverse pick‑and‑place tasks.

The modular suction pad design allows configuration of pad size, material, and shape, enabling optimal handling of flat, curved, porous, or delicate surfaces. The unit complies with ISO 9409‑1‑50‑4‑M6 mounting standards, supporting fast installation on Universal Robots and other cobot systems.
