Automated wire bending

proseat GmbH uses the robolink DP with 5 degrees of freedom as a classic pick and place robot in the automotive supplier industry. It fully automatically removes the bent wires from the bending machine and places them on a carrier system.

In combination with the grid enclosure, the bending machine and the robot can produce bent parts around the clock. Only manual effort is required to refill bending wire and to empty the carrier system. Personal injury when handling the bending machine can be completely ruled out.
