Hitbot EFG-100 – Long-Stroke Electric Gripper for Flexible Material Handling

The Hitbot EFG-100 is a 2-finger electric gripper designed for applications requiring a large gripping range, precise control, and reliable performance. Featuring a swing-arm mechanism driven by a servo motor and lead screw transmission, it delivers smooth operation and stable gripping across a wide variety of part geometries.

With an adjustable stroke of up to 90 mm and an adjustable gripping force ranging from 35 to 60 N, the EFG-100 provides exceptional flexibility for handling components of different sizes. Its repeatability of ±0.02 mm ensures consistent positioning and reliable operation in automated production environments.

The gripper supports workpieces weighing up to 0.5 kg and is particularly suitable for applications where larger opening widths are required. The two-finger swing motion enables efficient handling of irregularly shaped parts while maintaining secure gripping performance.
