HITBOT EFG-50 | Eletric gripper

The Hitbot Z-EFG-50 is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require precision, stability and simplified integration. Its compact design and robust structure enable efficient operation in continuous automated systems.

The gripper features a 50 mm adjustable total stroke, adjustable gripping force from 15 to 50 N and a recommended payload capacity of up to 0.5 kg. Its precision linear guide system provides smooth motion, reliable operation and high repeatability.

With ±0.02 mm repeatability and precise control of position, speed and gripping force, the Z-EFG-50 is ideal for pick-and-place, industrial assembly, machine tending, electronic component handling and process automation applications.

The model includes an integrated controller, Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O communication, as well as intelligent features such as object drop detection and precise operating parameter adjustment. Its compact form factor allows easy integration with industrial robots, cobots and automated cells.
