Needle gripper for handling fabrics, textiles, meshes and other porous or flexible materials.

The GRN 12-10-20 Needle Gripper is a compact pneumatic end effector designed for reliable gripping of materials that are difficult to handle with conventional vacuum technology. By using adjustable needles, it securely grips fabrics, meshes, nonwoven materials and similar flexible products without relying on suction.

Commonly used in textile handling, insert molding and automated material feeding applications, the gripper offers a lightweight design, low air consumption and adjustable needle penetration depth to accommodate different material thicknesses. It also supports optional position sensors for process monitoring and is compatible with replacement needles, ensuring long service life and easy maintenance.
