Integrator shows camera-assisted conveyor tracking solution

In this application video, integrator Artur Wiebe shows how a Delta robot from igus® with camera-supported conveyor tracking solution, conveys small containers, often found in the cosmetics industry, from the conveyor belt into a box. The containers are picked from the conveyor belt by an igus Delta robot mounted in a robotic cell after being programmed and detected by the camera in a specific cycle and deposited again in a specified place, in this case the box. With a positioning accuracy of +- 0.5 mm and up to 60 picks per minute, the Delta robot with 3 axes is ideal for implementing pick and place tasks in your production in the best possible way.
